Ray Ban polarised UV Sun grey lenses with prescription of + 1.25 on both lenses, black wrap around type frame with original case and duster, in excellent condition with one small glass imperfection on the inside bottom of the right lense ( last photo) which does not affect vision and has been there from the beginning and I did not spot for a long time, now wearing stronger lenses in different glasses so not worn anymore.
