We only work with mines and suppliers that pay their miners and manufactures a fair wage including holiday pay, overtime pay, and goal based bonuses.
This also includes providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect against injury or sickness from inhaling toxic dust while cutting and polishing these beautiful minerals.
We would rather pay a little more upfront knowing our miners are treated well over buying from cheaper suppliers that keep the cost down by having poor working conditions and lower wages.
Why are some of our prices slightly higher than other sellers?
This is due to the time, money, and effort we personally put into finishing our items to a higher quality.
