The headset has a LEMO plug in the original carrying case and manufacturer's box and the a new wiring harness with installation instructions.   This headset has a new genuine Headband Cushion and a new genuine Microphone Windscreen installed. The headset shows no normal signs of use such as scuffs, scratches and blemishes except on the ear cushions. Due to the length of time that it sat in the box, new ear cushions may be needed.   The manufacturer's box shows minimal signs of shelf wear such as scuffs, stains and blemishes. Everything you see in the pictures is included,
