We do not condone nor accept any type of fraudulent behaviour.(All returns are video recorded from collections from postman to unboxing)

You have 14 days to return your item from the date of purchase. Items must be sent in an un-used condition with the tag and lace uncut .CUTTING the lace means you’re committing to keep the wig .

If items are received back altered then only partial refunds can be offered of up to 50% as per the new ebay policy from 1st October 2019.

Please ensure you are 100% happy with the hair before you decide to use it! Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process and exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving. Exchanges are re-sent using standard delivery. We do not accept returns of chemically treated hair, lightening and incorrect colouring can cause significant damage reducing the life expectancy and overall condition.

AFTERCARE

It is essential that you take care of your wigs to keep them looking healthy and lasting longer, you should air dry as much as possible (but not sleep wet),use heat defence spray every time you apply heat & daily hydration oil as the hair has been cut off from oil supply.  Use sulphate free shampoos and conditioners
