This product is a set of 2 panels and two valances of vintage Priscilla ruffled curtains made by JC Penney. The curtains are made of poly material with a flocked dotted swiss pattern and ruffles. They are unlined and sheer with a rod pocket heading for easy installation. The curtains are machine washable and easy to care for. They are suitable for any room and comp'atible with any window type. The curtains are handcrafted and have a cottage, French country, romantic, and shabby chic theme.
