This magazine has a strong mildew smell, even though there is not much visible evidence of mildew. I am listing this item for sale because of the historical value of this publication and its rarity. I think that if you place this item in the sun and fresh air after you purchase it, then the mildew smell will dissipate. 

Otherwise, good readable condition overall. There are some wrinkled corners on the front and back covers. There is a small tear on the cover, near the spine. The spine shows some wear. Please see photos. Sold as is.
