This is a Fine example of “The New Middle East,” by former Israeli Prime Minister Shimon Peres, with Arye Naor.  Published by the Easton Press and copyrighted by same in 1994.  This signed edition, signed by Peres, is bright and clean throughout.  Fine publisher’s notes and COA laid in loosely.

At 311 pages long, it is a very sharp, desirable copy, bound in beautiful red, gold-gilt leather.  Unmarked by human hands inside and out, the book is--as usual with Easton-- all edges gilt, with its ribbon marker in fine shape in this surely unread volume with very tight hinges.  And, before you ask, no, there’s no bookplate, used or not, and the gold edges are unmarked, save two tiny dots on the top edge.  A beautiful example!
