Nippon Hand Painted Dark Pink Rose Green Red & Gold Beaded Tea Cup & Saucer C

Pretty porcelain tea cup and saucer. Decorated with hand painted dark pink/maroon roses, with dark green, red, raised gold, and gold beading Has a Japanese mark in green on the bottom. Probably made during the Nippon era of Japanese porcelain. Circa 1891 to 1921.

Has wear to the gilding, and a small chip to the foot rim of the saucer. No additional chips or cracks.

The cup measures approximately 4 1/2 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/8 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 7/8 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
