This is an attractive Star Match Company stamp on experimental silk paper RO172e.  This is a very under catalogued stamp that has what a appears to have a repaired thin, still this is a scarce variety to find in any condition.  There is a blue fiber on the back and a blue fiber through the "T" "MATCH".
