All wheels are free and spin good. All say “Handy Harper Caster Pat Jun 26 1906.”

Be sure to check shipping at checkout as it may be cheaper to select the flat rate box than ground advantage.

They are rusty. I lubricated all the wheel so there is some oil residue on them.
