76% recycled poly, 19% tencel, and 5% spandex.  "machine wash".  
It measures approximately 19 1/2 inches not stretched from underarm to underarm and 24 1/2 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem; and 26 1/2 inches from the top of the back shoulder to the bottom back hem (hi low hem).
