Released in 2006, Akuma was released as a part of Round 4, or the fourth series of SOTA Toys original Street Fighter action figure line.  This is for the Blue Akuma variant.  (Each character had 3-4 color variations, apart from their original Player 1 / P1 coloring.) 

This figure is in great condition.  It was never displayed by me and just stored away from the light in a box for the last 15 years.
