This is a vintage Horsman Dolls ventriloquist dummy doll named Willie Talk, made in the 1970s. The doll is 23 inches tall and features a multi-colored design. It is suitable for ages 12-16 years and 17 years & up. The doll is part of the ventriloquist doll character family and has not been modified. The cord is attached but doesn't seem to make it move.
