I am a hobby back garden bee keeper in Chislehurst, BR7

I started beekeeping as my young daughter suffers from hay fever. Taking honey regularly with her breakfast has made a huge improvement.

My honey has not been heat treated only filtered so it still contains all its natural goodness and pollen particles.  My hives are located at the bottom of my garden with a wide range of garden forage available.  The hives are located close to woodland, chestnut, sycamore, oak and also fruit trees.

The honey is currently very runny but as it is raw and untreated it may set over time. Simply remove lid of jar and gently heat on a low setting in the microwave.
