This is a Crystal Pets beagle .  This item is from the 1970s.  It's a beagle. It's in good shape. No cracks.  The paint is still decent.  The air bubbles are normal. All Crystal pets have air bubbles.  The technology was not present back then to prevent this.  This beagle is slightly less than 4".    I will pack it well and ship promptly w/ tracking.   Let me know if you need more photos.
