Auction format: I do not end auctions early to accept offers or change to Buy it Now listings.

Bid retraction, bid manipulation, other frauds: - 89 blocked bidders and growing.  If a bid is retracted with the explanation “entered wrong amount” then a new bid must be placed within five minutes or the user will be permanently blocked.  At my sole discretion I may also block any other user whom in my judgment is attempting to manipulate bids or commit any other type of fraud. All additions to my blocked bidder list are permanent.

Shipping: I will not inform you, nor cause you to be informed, that your item has shipped until I return from the Post Office. International parcels over four pounds are charged a substantially higher rate. Please ask for quote before bidding if need be. Items paid within three days of sale date will post the same or next business day. I will attempt the same on items paid after that but I can be away on business for multiple days and unavailable to ship at times.  I will submit a lost/stolen report on your behalf to the post office for items not received within 30 days.

Multiple items: If you win multiple auctions and make a single payment then expect to receive some type of bonus item added to your order that is complementary to the items you purchased.

Payment: Paypal, USPS and other forms on pick up are accepted. I am in no hurry but would like payment within two weeks.

Communicate: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to ask questions before buying and certainly contact me immediately if there is a concern after you receive the item or if it doesn't arrive when expected. I am all about communication, especially in my high conflict divorce cases and life coaching.

Feedback: I do not participate in “feedback extortion”.  If you have paid me, you have fulfilled your obligation and it is my duty to leave feedback for you BEFORE you leave feedback for me. If I fail to leave feedback timely please let me know.  I don't want to give negative feedback and I don't want to receive it. Communication should prevent either of us from having to do that.

Non-Paying Bidders: Persons not submitting payment or agreeing to a payment plan within 30 days of listing end date are considered “Non-Paying Bidders” and will be permanently added to my blocked bidders list.
