Elsmore Forster Purple Transferware Hibiscus Pattern 8 7/8 Inch Plate C1853-1871

Ironstone plate in the Hibiscus pattern in purple transfer. Has an impressed Elsmore & Forster Tunstall mark on the reverse. Circa 1853 to 1871.

Has overall staining, a flake to the edge and some glaze wear to the edge. Otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 8 7/8 inches wide.
