Coalport Pattern 759 Floral Cobalt & Gold Miniature Pitcher & Basin C.1810-1815
Nice antique Coalport miniature porcelain pitcher and wash basin in the 759 pattern. Decorated with hand painted pink roses and other flowers in pink, purple, white, orange, and yellow. Cobalt blue background with gold scrollwork and gold gilding along the edge. The pitcher has the pattern number 759 in red. Otherwise unmarked. Circa 1810 to 1815.
Has some crazing typical of British porcelain and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.
The pitcher measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide from spout to handle x 2 inches tall.
The basin measures approximately 3 3/4 inches wide x 1 5/8 inches tall.
The pitcher measures approximately 2 1/2 inches tall when sitting in the basin.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces.
