• Vintage Simplicity sewing pattern # 6040 is from 1984 and is now out of print and no longer sold in retail stores
• This pattern is unused, uncut, factory folded and complete with sewing instructions but does have some marks on the envelope front
• It makes misses' sizes 10,12 and 14 smock tops or dresses in four versions and two lengths
• Misses' size 10 - 14 fits a 32.5 - 36" bust, 25 - 28" waist and 34.5 - 38" hip
