These have previously been used. There are six cut-outs that measure approximately 9.5” in height; they all have some sticky residue on the back from being used. There are two buntings (flag hangings) that say “welcome” (46”) and “baby. (30”). There are eight fold-out fans for hanging, ranging from 8” in diameter to 16” in diameter. They, too, have some sticky residue, but once they are opened, you don’t see it. Overall, good condition.
