This is a Kodak Instamatic 500 Camera and several attachments including a 15" tripod, 2 retinal closeup 32mm -type N lenses (381/4 and 11 5/8"), a Kodablitz Cordless Flasholder, and 12 New AG-1B flashbulbs. I have it from the family that the owner took very good care of the camera so I have no reason to think it is not fully functional
