Have owned and has been indoors for 30 years+. Has had a ton of welding but most of it over 20 years ago- there is some light surface rust here and there but it is absolutely worth recommissioning and putting back on the road. Viewings welcome.  

Wanted to complete and use this myself but about to move house and have nowhere to store it and do not want to put it outside until it has been completed.
