There is a 3 business day (Monday – Friday) handling period for all items. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Oftentimes, items are shipped sooner, but occasionally the entire 3 days are implemented. If after 3 business days, you have not received tracking information, kindly send us a message and we should be able to send you your tracking information.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return period from the date your package is delivered. If you have a problem with your item, please feel free to send us a message. Most times, issues are a simple fix.
