Condition Returns Shipping

Items that are marked as new are new items.

Items that are marked as used are typically in like new condition, if there are noticeable problems with the item then they will be marked and added to the description.

Mystery Pins that are used and said to have just been pulled from the bag or box are just that, fresh out of the box. These are not considered new as they are no longer sealed in the box.

Pins that are pictured on backer cards include the card, Pins that are NOT shown on backer cards DO NOT include the backer card.

We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy. Item must be received in original condition with all tags attached and any boxes, backer cards or accessories that come with the item.

We ship every day Monday- Saturday. The shipping service will be reflected in the listing but our 2 most often used services are USPS First Class and Priority mail.
