This vintage decor piece is most likely meant to hang on the wall, but I do not see a place to hang it from. The red backing is lifting up in some areas. It is still well attached and only noticeable on close inspection. It is very solid and well made with beautiful details. The center piece can be removed and easily could be glued in permanently if desired. If placed in as is, it is still solidly held in place.
