Up to 4 single cards won within a three (3) day period totalling less than $20 can qualify for eBay's Standard Envelope with a cost to the buyer of $1.00. Shipments exceeding 4 cards and/or having a value of $20.00 or more will be charged a flat fee of $4.95 for shipping and handling, unless a higher fee is noted on the listing for larger items. Again, this applies for items won within a three (3) day period.
