Base is roses and leaves

Vase is glass with scalloped top opening

Base is 5 1/2" at tallest point and 3 1/8" across base

Glass vase which fits inside base is 8"

The pair are in excellent condition

EXCEPTION:  There is a 3/8" bubble in the vase which is a little noticeable.  It is a factory flaw and I can't feel it on the outside or with a tiny knife on the inside either.  

It is still a beautiful piece
