Here we have my children's outdoor raised wooden playhouse. It is about 11 years old and though it needs a little work it still has plenty of life left in it.

The stilts and the structural parts are all sound and in good condition as per the photos. The deck boards outside the front of the house are quite rotten so will need boarding but, internally, there are relatively new boards so it is sound. The ladder will need repairing and one of the roof front decorative boards will also need replacing. The roof felt was replaced a few years ago and is water tight.

The slide is in excellent condition and can easily be swapped to the other side.

Though it is quite heavy it can be transported as it is, we have a fence panel we can remove and it can be transported on it's back, as we did when we last moved (see photo)
