This is a unique and highly collectible first day cover with a beautiful multi-color cachet featuring the sport of golf. Issued 1988 at The Brookline Country Club in Mass. to commemorate the 1913 US Open ( won by Quimet). This cover is in VF (Very Fine) condition and has a First Day of Issue cancellation. The stamp is a 25 cent denomination issued by the United States Postal Service. The cover cachet was Hand drawn and Hand Painted by Larry Gassen and is #34 of 59 made.  A great addition to any stamp or golf collection .
