Leader LBO-522 20MHz Oscilloscope

This has no horizontal sweep.  The sweep (X) amplifier is OK and the triggering signal is present but there is no sweep waveform from the sweep generator, and no blanking signal.  The Intensity control isn't working either 

Could be a problem with IC6, 7 or 8 on the sweep board.   I'll enclose some schematics.

All PSU voltages are correct.

The CRT beam is strong and both channels have normal vertical (Y) deflection.  Picture 3 shows Channels 1 and 2 overlapping with the calibration signal producing 21/2 divisions from 10X probes.  

The probes are not included.

Be nice to fix it, but I just don't have the time!
