New with inner and outer box.  This watch was never worn.  I bought it new, never wore it.  I sent it to Citizen and had them clean and service it.  When they opened up the back of the watch, there are a couple of scratches from the tool.  Can't see them when wearing the watch, had to zoom camera to see them.  In no way affects the watch function.  Please look at the pictures, but everything is mentioned.  Have to thin the watch collection.  Thank you so much for looking and have a great day!  25.00 shipping includes insurance for the purchase price.
