For sale here is a first issue Jo-Han Dodge Polara. It's as mint (green) as it can be, from 1963.  The camera and room lighting change the hue of the models, this Dodge is the greenish tone.  This, along with the similar Plymouth I have listed, are 2 of the nicest model kits I've ever seen, in my 60 years of building.
