1. This item is not the standard uk Size, please measure your feet length and choose the suitable size for yourself. (Usually can try one size up if you have wide/longer feet or like the comfort feeling)
There is 2-3% size deviation due to manual measurement. (1 inch = 2.54 cm) please check the measurement chart carefully before you buy the item. 
2. Please note that slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.
3. If you wear it for the first time and pinch your feet or cause blister, this is not quality problem.
