This item will be sent by Royal Mail or equivalent service via another carrier in the UK, insured up to the purchase amount. 

If an item is lost, then I will make a claim through Royal Mail for compensation, after 28 days has expired. After I have received compensation, I will instantly pass it on. This can take up to 6 additional weeks. I will not pay out any refunds until the process has been through. If I receive no compensation, then you can take it up with Royal Mail yourself.

International items will be sent via the eBay International Buyer Programme.

I will not make exceptions and will not be threatened with feedback abuse to push through a refund.
