Spark 1/43 Pagani Zonda R  Nurburgring Lap Record 6.45.50 - 29 June 2010 - Very, very rare model. To my knowledge this is the only one for sale in the world on any of the ebay.com or Japanese auction sites at the time of listing. 

The diecast itself is in mint condition, it's been displayed on a shelf only. There are a few surface marks on top of the acrylic case (these have been like this from new - these are pictured) but these dont take away from the amazing details of the model. Also, as pictured, the card sleeve has two creases at the bottom of the two vertical sections from where it has been overfolded.
