in acceptable condition: light scratches on a back lens and some on a front (look to the pictures) 

I shoot some samples on a Sony A9 (you need an additional adapter)
Backside lens diameter 55.5mm
Front lens diameter 71.4mm

This lens shoots little soft images - for the best results you need to add some (Auto Contrast and Sharpness) in Photoshop (look to my examples)
