Very Ornate base is sort of square shaped (with feet) and is approximately 5 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.  The top ring stands an impressive 19 inches tall.  The base is iron with what appears to be a nickel finish.  Top ring is approximately 3 inches in diameter.
