Description: First edition. One of fifty sets of thirteen postcards, all hand-coloured by Edward Gorey. Colophon sheet included, signed and numbered by Gorey. This one is #50.  Each card features a creature interpreting amusing adjectives starting with the letter "I," such as "Indecency," "Inquisitiveness," and "Ineptitude." Each creature wears different coloured gloves. Housed in a hand-coloured envelope.
Condition: Two cards on the back have small light mark. See cards, but does not interfere in any way with the hand coloured picture on the reverse side. Envelope is in fair to good condition, but hand coloured image is in perfect condition. See photos
