Super cute. Large scalloped round collar with 2 front buttons. 3 tiered ruffled skirt. 2 little 'belt' loops in the front but nowhere else. There is no belt and may have never been.
Back button closure. One button is missing. Some faint marks to the front bodice as shown in last photo. And we found a similar mark in the skirt.
Label is missing so unsure of size.
