Very Fine to Near Mint copy of NYX #5. This is a really nice looking book. It has a few spine ticks that slightly break color. The bottom right corner has some creasing that slightly breaks color and affects some interior pages. The bottom left corner has a bit of wear. The back cover has a small color breaking crease in the top left corner and a round indent on the right side.
