1982-1992 Corvette Cavalier NOS courtesy lamp 20471079

Product Description

NOS genuine GM lamp assembly, part number 20471079. GM used this in several different locations on various cars - courtesy lamp in quarter panel, cargo lamp in trunk or back storage, reading lamp above dash, etc.

All my GM books show this lamp as interchangeable amongst Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile and Pontiac, but I don't find any listings in any of my Oldsmobile parts books.

Here's what I found for Buick, Chevrolet and Pontiac:

  • 1986 - 1987 Buick Skyhawk hatchback - trunk lamp
  • 1984 - 1991 Chevrolet Corvette, cargo lamp behind seat
  • 1989 and 1991 Chevrolet Cavalier convertible only - quarter courtesy lamp
  • 1982 Chevrolet Camaro - trunk lamp
  • 1982 - 1988 Chevrolet Cavalier convertible only - trunk lamp
  • 1982 - 1987 Chevrolet Cavalier convertible only - windshield header (reading) lamp
  • 1982 - 1988 Pontiac J2000 and Sunbird convertible and hatchback only - trunk and convertible header lamp
  • 1986 Pontiac Grand Prix - trunk lamp
  • 1989 - 1991 Pontiac Sunbird convertible only - quarter courtesy lamp

If anyone can steer me to applications for Oldsmobile, I'd like to hear about them.

Brand new, still in original GM box.

Shipping - Payment

A few words to make things easier.

1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising BEFORE you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.  AND, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.

Thanks for your bid.
