All controllers are new and were opened to install the back pedals. Items will not be restocked and are final once all controllers are sold there will be no more in stock. Each variation is built once and will not return after sale. Different versions may become available. Customers can inquire for the same versions. Elite Controllers are built one of a kind meaning it's less likely that someone has the same build as you. We take pride and joy in the elite series as this is our most expensive line of controllers.
Originals: Basic Controllers usually with original triggers and back buttons, these controllers are being discontinued and will be available in limited quantities.

Just press and hold the Set button on the back for 3 seconds to enter the button programming mode.You can activate the remap program during the game and assign a maximum 15 buttons (X, O, Triangle, Square, Up, Down, Left, Right, L1, L2, L3, R1, R2, R3, and Touchpad) to the back buttons.

The Warranty

Limited Warranty for 6 Months covers all things except for stick drift and other issues related to Sony Controller. 12 Months of warranty is only for FPS Controllers covers stick drift issues, we are not an affiliate of Sony and use Sony original and Xbox original controllers. Please note that further modding or adding additional mods to your controller automatically void the warranty we provide. We stand by our products and will support customers should they run into issues please email us if you have received a broken controller or your paddles brake.

No Warranty is given:
Damage resulting from improper use (breakage or water damage)

Standard Store Return Policy.
Items ordered as outlined in out return policy:
Items ordered and returned due to issues that are not related to Dead on Arrival, Cosmetic imperfection, broken parts and malfunctioned controllers due to faulty parts are subjected to a 20% restock fee. This fee covers the cost to build controllers, each controller is customized for customers and can no longer resell after returns.
Controllers are tested twice to ensure that they meet the standards that are set by our team.
However, we understand that there are instances where controllers may have issues related to installation and we will honor our returns policy and waive the return fee.
Controllers that returned due to customers no longer wanting that particular controller ordered. Will be subjected to a restocking fee of 20% and the customer is responsible for return labels. If the controller is not modified there is a 15% Restocking fee, Customers must return all items that were shipped in new or good condition. Controllers returned with damage and or missing items are subjected to a 25% restock fee.
