Ridgway 2889 Hand Painted Floral Yellow Green & Gold 8 3/4 Inch Plate Circa 1835

Pretty twin rosettes / gloucester shape bone china luncheon plate. Decorated with a hand painted gold and green floral design in the center and pink, purple, yellow, white, and orange flowers over a yellow background framed with green stems and gold scrollwork designs. With a green and gold border. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse with the number 2889. It looks like 2880, but the 9 is partially worn off,. The bottom of the loop on the 9 can still be seen if you tilt it in the light. Attributed to Ridgway. Circa 1835.

Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide.
