During inspection process, we check 

- disc drive for proper function 

- drive laser that it reads discs properly

- power

- eject

- proper sound and video output

- any damage to the physical unit itself

If you have any issues with ANYTHING, please contact us prior to leaving feedback or opening a return.  We will return your message as soon as possible to resolve any issues.  Hard Drive bay cover may be missing if the unit did not come to us with one.
