A CHARMING, ORIGINAL LATE VICTORIAN/EARLY EDWARDIAN CHRISTENING ROBE AND BONNET, WHICH HAVE BEEN IN SAME FAMILY 100 YEARS

This charming, elegant Edwardian baby's christening robe has intricate lacework around the collar, and front. The waist is gathered.

It is complete, but - over the years - needs tidying around the arms and it shows signs of age.

There is one tiny patch where the material has worn through (see close-up pictures), but this does not detract from the overall look.

The christening robe is baby-sized; 41cm long, pit to pit 15cm.

Comes complete with bonnet, delicately edged. 22cm wide when stretched out, it fastens with neck ties.

One of a collection of christening robes, dresses, tops and bonnets which has been in my family for a century. Time to sell. Needs new home and new owner after all these years.

Happy to reduce P&P for multiple buys.
