This Midget first went to Jersey. It came back to England in 1976 and was registered here then. My friends father but bought it 25 years ago and fully restored it with a heritage monocoque and got an age related number plate instead of a 1976 one. He used it for 20 years and sold it to me when he got too old for it. I have had it for 5 years and enjoyed driving it. I actually bought with the intention of my son having it when he was old enough but he now he prefers mini's so I got more work on my hands now.
It has some small dents and has been touched up in a few places as you would expect over 25 years but still looks tidy. It has no welding underneath but does need some bits waxoyling inplaces. I have not done this as you may want to see it as it is, i have got some ramps.
The engine is converted to run on unleaded fuel, hardend valve seats.
It benefits from a new Borg and  Bech clutch and an uprated release bearing as the carbon Bush kept making occasional noises.

Not so good bits:
Repair behind divers door just above the sill (see photo). To do this I took off the stainless steel covers but left them off as I think it looks better without, but you are welcome to them.
Some corrosion at the bottom of the wings infront of the wheels (see photo).

I would recommend coming to see it. We are in Spondon between Derby and Nottingham, just off M1.
