As a small eBay member we strive to describe the item as best as possible with full disclosure. If there is additional information you would like, please write us and ask your questions ahead of purchasing the item and then asking questions later. If you need a picture of something that is not shown, please write us and we will do our best to either send you additional image or upload it onto the listing. If you spot some discrepancy in the listing, please write us so we can clarify or correct it.

Authenticity

We only sell 100% authentic products and never deal in replicas or forgeries. As a business that is located in Portland Oregon we benefit from having both Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Keen, and other shoe companies headquartered here. That means we have the best opportunity to source 100% authentic items to sell to you. Please be aware that if you purchase something from a different country where these brands are not run out of, you may be buying from firms that unregulated from copyright and other brand protection laws.

Vintage or collectible shoes

We, like some other eBay sellers have some very interesting and desirable collectibles and often these items are over are made prior to 2013. Anything older than 5-7 years can't be warranted by us for court play or running marathons so we sell these item as is for adding to your collection. If you buy a 10 or 15 year old basketball shoe, it might look in great condition but time erodes the glues and adhesives and sometimes the actual materials that these items are made with and don't be surprised if the bottom grip or sole doesn't perform as it was originally intended to at the time was made. Foams and synthetic materials are not meant to last forever so keep in mind what you are buying. We don't honor returns for items that are vintage for you to use in a basketball tournament and then decide to change your mind. The shoe might not survive.

Condition Scale

New with Box - That is a new item with the original box. If we do not have the original box, we will disclose that on the listing and write something like "ships with replacement box".

New without Box - A new item that does not have the original hanging tags or box or other misc. parts. We sometimes get store returns, samples, promos or display models. Sometimes these item have never been sold before so they are classified as new but we will disclose that.

New with defect(s) -Sometimes we get a store return that is missing a part like shoelaces, or insoles or have a stain on them, we will disclose the defect.

Pre-worn items are anything that has been used or worn before and they fall into the following categories:

            Mint condition - something 9 out of 10 or better with minor inclusions

            Excellent condition - an item that is 8 out of 10 with a few issues like some                     wear, some marks, etc

            Very Good Condition - a 7 out of 10 item

            Good condition - a 6 out of 10 item

We don't sell items that are less than that. If we don't want to wear them, we don't sell them.

Item Preparation

One of the reasons we have excellent feedback and repeat business is that we do a great job prepping our items for sale. They are all sanitized and cleaned properly. The uppers have no holes, rips, tears or stains and if there is something we can fix, we professionally repair it.  The Bottom soles are clean always without gum, gunk, rocks, pebbles etc stuck to the bottom. The insoles are always clean and sanitized. You will not receive a shoe or item that has an odor of pets, or smoke or otherwise. We use professional cleaning products so if there is a slight fragrance it's from a cleaning product. Like us, you should value where you put your body or your feet into. Some items for sale from other vendors are cheap but you might be getting athletes feet or some foot or nail fungus from their items. So think about it, do you want to save 5 or 10 bucks and get some stanky condition that requires you to buy medicine or see the doctor, I think not.

Fitment Issues

Fitment issues are the buyers responsibility so please make sure that the item you are buying for yourself or for someone else is the correct size and width. We can't afford to pay for shipping items back and forth because you didn't do your homework and needed a different size, so please make sure you are happy to buy the item as described.  Please do not abuse the return policy stating the item doesn't fit and return the item if you never checked to see if you actually fit this item. For women, it's important that if you are buying men's shoes that you go to the sporting goods store and know what equivalent size you wear for that model. We know that for Adidas, the equivalent women's size is 1 size up from the men's size, for other brands like Nike, Brooks, Asics, Saucony, New Balance and Mizuno, the equivalent women's size is 1 1/2 size up. But keep in mind that men's shoes are also wider in athletic shoes so a standard women's medium width running shoe is a B/C width but men's is a D width. So you can't just size up and down without considering the width. Again, if you need help or have questions with what size and width to buy, contact us first. Also, please note that some brands primarily sell only one width for their shoes. For example, if you like the Adidas Ultraboosts, there is only one medium size for men and one medium size for women. No Arrow or Wide or Extra Wide in Adidas so if you are a 9 (4E) in New Balance, don't buy the Adidas because you're going to want to return them.

Problems with the Order

Please contact us immediately if your shoes arrived damaged by the shipper or if there is something wrong with the order. For international sellers, keep in mind that if you select first class mail, that is the slowest mail and doesn't always provide tracking outside the U.S. I think orders track to Canada, the UK and Australia but I'm not sure about other countries. We prefer you use the eBay's Global Shipping Service for faster and better buyer's protection. They use Priority mail which is often 2 to 3 times faster.

Your first step should be to contact us if there is a problem. Refrain from opening a return request because sometimes there are other remedies we can work on with you to make your purchase a success. For instance, sometimes we have the same or similar shoe in a 1/2 size up or down so if you open a return request, we can't work on an exchange without having you to first close the return request and work on an exchange. Other times, perhaps something is not 100% perfect like a shoelace is missing a part etc. In that case, we can work together on a partial refund for that part or send you out a replacement part  We are no a fly by night business, and have been doing this for quite a while so it's important to us to be good eBay citizens always.

If you are someone that buys 5 things online and returns 3 or 4, please pass us over, we are not equipped to service you.
