Lerosey Paris Heraldic Griffon Pompadour Pink Beaded Garland & Gold Bow Plate B

Beautiful scalloped edge porcelain dinner plate. Decorated with a hand painted heraldic griffin holding up a red iron cross. With a pompadour pink border with white beaded garlands white raised enamel highlights and gold bows. Scalloped gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Lerosey XI Rue de la Paix Paris in red. This mark was used by Lerosey, probably between 1880 and 1890.

Has some wear, and two small chips to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 10 1/8 inches wide.
