Stunning Vintage Czech art deco chrome metal dress fur clip.  The  floral moulded green Peking glass and marcasites are  a Neiger brothers trait.   But I am not an expert and cannot say for certain its by them.

Metal is chrome and any dark colouration is purely light reflection in photos.
