These are two books devoted to creating with chocolate and cake decorating. 
The first book, Anne Tucker's Chocolates for every occasion ( published by Edward Arnold, Australia, 1986) looks at the tools needed to craft, mould and pipe chocolate to make marvelous creations such as chocolate boxes, moulded chocolate baskets and eggs, 
marbled chocolate eggs, making sugar eggs, chocolate Christmas trees, sleigh and snowman. 96 pages. Some colour photos of projects, many black and white illustrations internally.

The second book is A Simple Guide to Cake Decorating by Pam Leman and Maureen Gates (Golden Press, Australia, 1989) provides illustrations and desciptions of essential equipment, recipes for fruuit cake, modelling paste, royal icing, marzipan or almond icing, creating edible floral arrangments/decorations with sugar paste/royal icing/marzipan, decorating special occasion cakes including wedding cakes. 80 pages. Colour photos, a collection of b&w sketches to use for painting icing projects. Please note this book has light foxing (pale brown discolouration) most noticeable around the outer margins on the opening pages.)

Both books are hardback with dust jackets. External covers show scuffing on dust jackets and minor wear to outer edges of dust jackets including corners. Internally in good- very good condition. All pages clean and firmly attached to spine.
